A mass brawl erupted outside a Doncaster town centre pub after an England football match.

Police were called to Hall Gate on Sunday following reports of fighting.

Officers were called in following England’s 1-0 defeat of Croatia at Euro 2020.

A spokesman said: “Police were called to a report of fighting on Hall Gate on Sunday just before 5.45pm.

“It was reported a large group of people were fighting outside the Slug and Lettuce. Officers attended and the group was dispersed.”

There were no arrests.
