Rail strike hits services across South Yorkshire

A strike by railway workers has caused a number of cancellations across South Yorkshire today.

Members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport union have taken industrial action in a dispute over pay with management.

There will be no CrossCountry services between Sheffield and Doncaster and there is a reduced service in operation in other parts of the UK.
